EMU Bogie Static Load Test Stand

　　EMU bogie static load test stand is a key equipment for inspecting quality of bogie assembly. According to process requirement, it simulates loading car body on bogie and inspects bogie technical parameters after assembling. Each performance index of the stand has reached domestic top level.

Its main test items include wheel weight, axle weight, wheel weight difference, wheel base, axle parallelism, wheel back-to-back diameter dimension, diagonal, bogie height, height of coupler center, bogie brake unit test, differential valve action, air tightness test and automatic calculating thickness of primary spring adjustable gasket.
