Originated from Beijing Sheenline Group Co., Ltd., China High-Speed Railway Technology Co., Ltd, was founded in 1997. In 2014, it was renamed as China High-Speed Railway Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CHSR) after its reorganization and listing (000008). The holding shareholder is China SDIC GaoXin Industrial Investment Corp., Ltd .
Over the years, on the basis of its own development, through the merger and acquisition of lines, signals, power supply, station and other companies that have been established for more than 20 years, CHSR has formed the only main board listed company covering the whole industry chain in the field of rail transit operation maintenance equipment. With about 2,700 employees, CHSR is a leading supplier of China's high-speed railway and urban rail transit operation maintenance equipment manufacturing industry.
CHSR has more than 400 core products, 26 of which are in the leading position in China and the world, and a number of core technologies have filled the international gap. In recent years, the company has been committed to the construction and replication of the rail transit cloud operation and intelligent maintenance system through the research and development of intelligent equipment and big data system.
