CHSR aims to become China's leading integrated service provider of rail transit operation. The dual cores of "line operation + operation and maintenance equipment" rely on and promote each other, and continue to push forward the strategy in a double spiral way.

In terms of line operation, the company relies on the capability of the whole professional operation and maintenance equipment platform to carry out related businesses, such as line operation management, professional maintenance services, intelligent operation improvement, ticketing, education and training, passenger services, advertising and commercial as well as cultural services. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the company plans to focus on the core cities on the basis of the existing 1,000 km operation rights, and acquire at least ten more subway lines.
